Orange Party | Ritz Carlton Naples

Naples, florida

Hosted at the Ritz Carlton in Naples, this corporate welcome party was the first stop on a prominent insurance group’s Florida incentive program—and it delivered delight. Themed around Florida’s iconic citrus groves, every corner of the event was sun-soaked and joy-forward.

Lush faux orange trees marked the entry. Cocktail tables were topped with sculptural arrangements of marigold ranunculus and flame-colored carnations, nestled into orange ceramic vases that mimicked the fruit itself. Overhead, leafy branches dripped with hanging oranges.

At the long dinner tables, striped linens grounded the look, while seafoam green taper candles and oranges spilling down the center added texture and whimsy. Paired with midcentury chairs and garden parasols, the full experience struck the perfect tone: playful, elevated, and deeply Florida.
