We do our research, getting to know the company, the client and the space. We look at what the space already gives us, what the event needs and how the experience should feel.
And then there’s the part nobody asked for. We notice the details our clients shouldn’t have to know to ask about. The colors already in the room, the scale, the sightlines, the mechanics, the timing, the load-in and what happens after the guests leave.
The flowers are what everyone sees. The thinking behind them is part of the service.
oliFLOR brings nearly two decades of floral experience to corporate events and brand activations, including work with Goldman Sachs, Sephora and Moët Hennessy.
Why do they choose oliFlor?
Sustainability is built into how oliFLOR designs and operates.
We’ve never used floral foam. We recover and reuse vessels and mechanics, divert eligible floral waste from landfill through composting, and when flowers still have life after an event, we look for opportunities to give them another one, including donating blooms to Lotus House Women’s Shelter.
Since 2021, our work with Compost for Life has given us a consistent way to compost and track what we divert. More than 40,000 pounds of eligible floral waste have been diverted from landfill through that work.
For us, sustainability is about making thoughtful choices throughout the entire floral process, from how an event is designed to what happens after it ends.
It’s part of the responsibility we take on as your floral partner.
Danielle's daughter is named Olivia. Oli is short for Olivia, and FLOR is her middle name. Olivia Flor is the reason this company was born. We want to teach her that her positive actions have an impact and they can affect her future in a profound way. What we refuse to send to the landfill, we refuse for her.
No two events are the same. We take the time to understand the client, the space and what the experience needs to feel like.
We pay attention to the details our clients shouldn’t have to know to ask about. The colors already in the room, the scale, the sightlines, the mechanics, the timing and how everything will work together.
We’re always designing for the space, not just the event. The flowers are how the feeling gets into the room.
