Floral installation and tablescape design at Casa Tua, Miami

For the unveiling of Planted Air—a sculptural installation by Garance Vallée for Design Miami—Maison Perrier-Jouët hosted an intimate luncheon at Casa Tua. A celebration of their shared love for art and nature, the experience brought together an elite guest list, from Karlie Kloss to Sarah Hoover, for an afternoon among curated blooms and Brut.

oliFLOR was tapped to design florals that mirrored the bottle’s painterly textures while honoring the heritage of a champagne house born in the vineyards of Épernay. Our vision: organic elegance. Soft, sculptural, and deeply rooted in seasonality. No waste, no shortcuts. Just florals arranged with intention—where every stem had something to say.

Design Concept & Execution

The brief was simplicity with impact—florals that felt fresh, intentional, and quietly luxurious.

We leaned into a palette pulled from Garance Vallée’s work: sun-washed oranges, soft petal pinks, creamy whites, and hints of mineral green. The arrangements were airy and textural—never overstuffed, always composed. Orchids, poppies, sweet peas, and chamomile created a feeling of movement, while moss, mushrooms, and ferns grounded the tablescape in nature.

We focused the florals at eye level and let the surroundings do the rest. The courtyard at Casa Tua already felt like a lush secret garden; our work simply softened the edges and elevated the story.

All designs were built without floral foam, using reusable vessels and compostable mechanics—because luxury should never come at the earth’s expense.

Experience

The table was the statement.

A single line of moss stretched its way down the center, acting as both runner and root system. From it, florals emerged—playful, delicate, sculptural. Each arrangement invited pause. Not decoration, but conversation.
